When should you use var and when should you use vart?

Both mean where, but more specifically:

Var = Where

Vart= Where to

Vart = used with a verb that indicates movement

Examples of verbs that are used with each of them:

Vart = springer, går, åker, flyger

Examples of sentences:

Var bor du? - Where do you live?

Vart springer du? - Where are you running to?
